Shipping

Processing times vary by collection. In-stock pieces will be processed and shipped within 5 business days. Made to order jewelry will take 3-4 weeks to be crafted and shipped. Availability and lead times are noted on each product page.

For rush orders, please contact us as we may be able to accommodate accordingly.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.

For international orders, a customs duty will be charged depending on the country in which you reside. NST Studio is not responsible for payment of this duty. By law, we cannot change the value of an order on commercial invoices and must adhere to all international import/export laws.

Returns

NST Studio offers a 14-day return policy from the delivery date on eligible items. 

All sale items, international orders, orders placed with a gift card, and custom orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or returned for store credit.

Restocking fees apply as follows:
0% on returns for store credit, production damage, or faulty pieces.
15% on returns for refund, this accounts for the repolishing, replating, or rewiring required to bring pieces back to sellable condition.

Exchanges are not automated at this time. If you would like to exchange an order, please return the original item(s) for store credit and place a new order. Restocking fee is waived for exchanges.

Please email info@nst-studio.com prior to any return to receive a return authorization.

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, undamaged, in their original packaging, and shipped back within the 14-day window. We reserve the right to decline a return and send the piece back to you if it does not meet these conditions or if items were damaged in transit due to improper return packaging.

The sender is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. NST is not responsible for packages lost during the return process.

We do not provide return shipping labels for domestic or international orders unless you received a damaged item.

Cancellations

Cancelled orders are eligible for a full refund within 24 hours of the initial purchase.
