Shipping & Returns
All of our products are handmade-to-order, so please allow up to seven business days for your order to be processed. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped. For rush orders, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate accordingly.
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days from the ship date) or USPS First class mail (3-7 business days from the ship date).
International orders are shipped via USPS International First Class Mail (delivery is between 7-21 business days from the ship date).
For international orders, a customs duty will be charged depending on the country in which you reside. NST Studio is not responsible for payment of this duty. By law, we cannot change the value of an order on commercial invoices and must adhere to all international import/export laws.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of order delivery for store credit.
Exchanges are not automated at this time. If you would like to exchange an order, please return the original item(s) for store credit and place a new order.
Sale items, international orders, and custom orders are considered final sale.
Please email email@example.com prior to any returns. Once you receive the return authorization the items must be sent back within 7 days. We recommend that the products are sent back in their original packaging as items damaged in transit are no longer eligible for a refund or credit and will be sent back to you.
NST is not responsible for lost packages during the return process. Insurance is recommended.
