Shipping & Returns
All of our products are handmade-to-order, so please allow up to seven business days for your order to be processed. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped. For rush orders, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate accordingly.
For international orders, a customs duty will be charged depending on the country in which you reside. NST Studio is not responsible for payment of this duty. By law, we cannot change the value of an order on commercial invoices and must adhere to all international import/export laws.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of order delivery for store credit.
Exchanges are not automated at this time. If you would like to exchange an order, please return the original item(s) for store credit and place a new order.
FINDS, sale items, international orders, and custom orders are considered final sale. Cancelled orders are eligible for a refund within one hour of the initial purchase; after this time frame, cancellations will be accepted only for store credit.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to any returns. Once you receive the return authorization the items must be sent back within 7 days. We recommend that the products are sent back in their original packaging as items damaged in transit are no longer eligible for a refund or credit and will be sent back to you.
NST is not responsible for lost packages during the return process. Insurance is recommended.
