Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, expected arrival date is approximately 1-3 days from the ship date. International orders are shipped via USPS International First Class Mail, expected arrival date is approximately 7-21 days from the ship date.
For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. NST is not responsible for payment of this duty. By law, we cannot change the value of an order on commercial invoices and must adhere to all international import/export laws.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of order delivery for store credit.
Exchanges are not automated at this time. If you would like to exchange an order, please return the original item(s) for store credit and place a new order.
Once the return has been processed you will receive an email with a unique code which can be used at checkout at any time to redeem your store credit.
Please make sure to ship the item(s) you are returning in a box, as items damaged in transit are no longer eligible for a refund.
NST is not responsible for lost packages during the return process. Insurance is recommended.
